Protein are made up of categories of twenty several amino acids. Inside the average mature, twelve of those acids are produced in the body, and the other 8-10 we have to consume through the food. Those eight are called the essential proteins. Amino acids may not be stored in your body, so we must eat food regularly that may contain the essential amino acids. We get almost all of our top quality proteins coming from meat and dairy products (Trefil & Hazen, 2013).

Sugars are made up of co2, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms. They are very important in the attaining and employing of energy. Sugar are the easiest of the carbohydrate family. The carbohydrates we consume, usually consist of polysaccharides, which can be what starches are (Trefil & Hazen, 2013).

Fats contain a variety of molecules which often not break down in drinking water. Grease, waxes, fats in food, and oils are all lipids. Lipids are important mainly because they contact form cell membranes and independent living materials from the environment. They are also utilized to store energy for long periods of time. We take our excess weight in the form of body fat (Trefil & Hazen, 2013). Record of Food Intake
