 Eating my own way to a healthy lifestyle! - a health composition that outlines the dangers of unheathy food

Is food very good? In my life today, my parents happen to be continually telling me that we shouldn't take in junk foods and should eat better foods. I don't understand why because who besides a few health freak would choose a plate of steamed fruit and vegetables over a container of warm chips. Well, I have been informed in this current HPE (Health and Physical Education) unit that ingesting too much unhealthy food while you are small can lead to significant health problems later on. I want to live a good healthier life the moment I'm elderly which is free of health difficulties so therefore I'm are asking myself the question, am i not " eating my method to a healthier lifestyle".

20 or so years ago, children used eat a healthier home-cooked meal every night for dinner and maybe at times on a Fri night, got a handful of blended lollies. But today's youngsters are getting fatter, eating fatty greasy foods and working out less. Children eating habits today are at an emergency.

Fast food is very appealing to kids because it is a lot cheaper than healthy foods and far more convenient. Children these days are more inclined to choose the fast foods over well balanced meals mainly because with the price. Eating greasy, fatty foods although children can result in extremely severe health problems someday. Who wants to pass away at the age 35 via a stroke? I'm sure not many people could raise their hands. Scary figures have come from the most current Heart Base survey and the results display that thirty percent of 9-15year olds are overweight and 50% of this same age bracket have congestive heart failure levels. This can be mainly because of the way kids spend their pocket funds, lifestyle changes, and the different functions of play and work out. These characters can decrease if small changes are made to the eating routine of children. The after-school period can be a risky time for famished children looking for snacks to have. It is recommended that instead of lollies or perhaps sweet snacks, simple, much healthier foods end up being eaten. For example , crumpets with cheese,...
